Barangay San Fernando is located at the center of 2 hills, 2 rivers and a forest. It has a school composing six neighboring barangays. The barangay has 85 houses and has a population of 675.
The people are striving to live prosperously as well as the barangay. Because of this belief, their is cooperation among the community.
Vision/Mission
We, members of the Barangay Officials of Barangay San Fernando dreamed of developing the barangay to the best of our abilities until the end of our term of office. We envisioned that there is prosperity, peace and happiness in life with cooperation and support among the people. We also aim that all projects in our development plan will be of use of the community. To continue beautification project by planting flowers, herbal plants and fruit bearing trees. That each household should have a vegetable garden to take car of and livelihood projects to help them with their daily expenses. We also aim to educate mothers to send their children to school to help their family and the barangay in the future.
