Barangay Wayang is about 7 kilometers away from the town proper and is located lower the river. It consist 45 houses with 50 families. From Barangay Banbanan we cross Tumagboc River before reaching the Kipot area passing through Oya-oy River 1 kilometer from Kipot area is the barangay. Passing through Oya-oy River at the left side is Barangay Frantilla then Barangay Belen. The barangay is located 1 kilometer from Barangay San Jose. At the right side of the barangay is Barangay Maduyo followed by Barangay Agdum
The people in our barangay depend only in farming and some are sawali maker for their part time. Barangay Wayang is divided into units which is separated by Langka Creek.
The children are going to school at the San Jose Elementary School which is 1 kilometer far from the barangay and the high school students are enrolled at Alejandro Firmeza Memorial National High School located at Barangay Aguiauan. We are celebrating the annual fiesta of the barangay on December 28-29 in honor of the Holy Rosary. Most of the people are religious .
The barangay road is sometimes unpassable especially during rainy season.
